High expectations from the public for holistic and balanced graduates of Thursina IIBS Islamic boarding school, have demanded the Institution to reform the Quality Management System (SMM) through the implementation of SMM ISO 9001:2015. It is an initial step to structure an excellent, effective and efficient boarding school administration system for serving the community more swiftly, accurately and professionally.

Advancing the services through SMM reform is a proof of accountability and professionality of Thursina IIBS in performing procedures and regulations. Furthermore, the management has implemented zero tolerance towards non-conformity (NC) acts, including services to all stakeholders and users.

A modern and fit for purpose organization is reflected in the behavior of its members, loyalty, harmonious relationships, determination and work ethic. Effective organization is able to build if the following factors work well : the plans accomodating their activities, communication patterns and interpersonal relationships influencing work atmosphere. The top management is supposed to implement SFO and manages work performance as part of strategic management. The activities are not only documented, but also identified to know the rest plan undone to support strategic achievement process in each division focusing on organisational management framework.

Development of Integrity Zone towards a Fast, Accurate & Hard Work, Smart Sincere Work Area (KCTA/KKCI).

Thursina IIBS affirms its commitment to implement zero tolerance to all incompatibility acts including service to all stakeholder and community. It is necessary to accelerate the development and building Integrity Zones of Work Areas that are Fast, Accurate & Hard Work, Smart, Sincere (KCTA/KKCI) gradually, as a serious effort to enhance the quality of SMM. There are several tasks to perform, employee training, creating work team, preparing supporting facilities and infrastructure as well as offering the best service.

Quality Management System ISO 9001 : 2015 

Implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) of ISO 9001: 2015 is a strategic step towards  modern organization with international service quality standards. It has advanced Quality Assurance standards for SMM reform, provided overview of some mistakes (fraud) in Thursina IIBS systems and businesses, increased positive image of Thursina IIBS, improving performance of Thursina IIBS units, creating an excellent, discipline, and efficient administration culture & systematic work.

Building quality is not to rule black on white, since it does not lie on paper, manual book, procedure, or work instructions.
