To Embed the Leadership Values in Organization, Tazkia IIBS Conducted General Election For the President of Tazkia Student Association (TSA)
Tazkia IIBS held election for chairman of Tazkia Student Association (TSA) period 2018/2019, on Monday (1/21/19). This agenda, conducted as presidential election, provides direct experience of leadership importance for students.
A set of agenda ran smoothly, starting from candidacy, campaign, candidate debate, to election, based on directness, public, freedom, confidentiality, honesty, and fairness, called Luber Jurdil. Student Affair Division of Tazkia IIBS Malang stated, all procedures are similar with general election by design. "This event is democracy lesson alike, providing students the experience of how presidential election goes on," says Elgi, a companion teacher for TSA.
Chairman election of TSA followed by 15 male and female students consisting of candidates of TSA chiefs for junior and senior high schools and the chairmen of TSA. Three candidates of junior male students are Satria Dzahwan Baidhowi, Maudzar Adl Khawarijmi, and Ahmad Yussel Edifallah Akbar. While, four candidates of chief and chairman from senior male students are Ezra Junsevo Budiawan, Yafi Nabil Pradibta, Ipangga Hulian and Affan Najih Alghifari.
In female campus, candidates for chiefs and chairwoman are Safa Nadhira, Syawala Nisa. P, and Safa Dayanadia (junior high school students) and from the seniors are Estetia Adistsany Salwanisa, Yunita Fauzia R and Astrid Effendi.
All proponents are supposed to support their candidates from campaign period to candidate debate by their attributes. "The whole students are excited with the election of new chairmen and chiefs. Posters and flyers are also available during campaign period and candidate debate," Elgi added.
All students and teachers of Tazkia IIBS voted. In the final session, announced the name of TSA chairman for period of 2018/2019, Ezra Junsevo Budiawan and the deputy Affan Najih Al-Ghifary. While, the leaders of female students are Estetia Adistsany Salwanisa and Ananda unita Fauzia R.
"The task of chairman is challenging, managing TSA programs for one year period. Last year, led by Rizky Wisudawan, QLF programs in both campuses were successfully executed. We will integrate champion category for both male and female students, thus the potential of students can be discovered," says Ezra Junsevo, the chairman of TSA 2018/2019.
