Thursina International Islamic School (IIBS) has made another accomplishment with the success of earning BSI Scholarship. She is Nadhifa Bil Haq.  The achievement is a clear evidence of the dedication to build generation with outstanding attainment and noble character.

In an interview with Ustadz Muhammad Akbar Nadhiif, M.Pd, CO.PTDN of Thursina IIBS, he said  Nadhifa Bil Haq had shown brilliant potential since she was first accepted in Thursina IIBS. "When she enrolled to Thursina, Nadhifa succeeded as the Awardee of Thursina Young Leaders Scholarship. "She is talented both in academic and non-academic performances until today," he said.

Now, Nadhifa is in the 12th grade of high school and has unlocked the new success by passing the BSI Scholarship selection. The journey in accomplishing the scholarship is barely easy. She  had to go through several selection stages, from administrative selection to the Academic Potential Test (TPA). "All praise be to Allah, Nadhifa succeeded in passing every stage with satisfactory results," added Ustadz Muhammad Akbar Nadhiif.

BSI Scholarship provides opportunity for her to continue to tertiary level, both in State Universities (PTN) and Private Universities (PTS). Also, it accomodates some facilities and self-development programs.

Ustadz Muhammad Akbar Nadhiif explained several benefits she would obtain after passing the entire selection process. "Nadhifa will receive intensive guidance to prepare for the National Selection Based on Tests (SNBT).  Moreover, she will undergo training, aptitude tests, motivational training, and other self-development programs specifically designed to foster academic quality and soft skills," he explained.

Nadhifa will get monthly pocket money over and above which of course will be immensely helpful for her educational expenses and daily needs. She will build a network with other scholarship awardees from all over Indonesia, to broaden her insight and relationships.  Ustadz Muhammad Akbar Nadhiif also revealed that the scholarship offers a golden opportunity for her if succeeding passing the top 10 state universities in Indonesia. "If Nadhifa is successfully accepted into one of the 10 best state universities in Indonesia, she will receive tuition fees and living expenses for 4 full years," he said with great hope.

"We hope she would excel in the academic field, and  develop herself in impeccable character and spirituality, therefore she becomes a model and inspiration for other students," added Ustadz Muhammad Akbar Nadhiif.

Thursina IIBS, by the accomplishment, has once again proven its commitment to supporting education that not only focuses on academic achievement, but also holistic character development. Hopefully, Nadhifa will succeed  attaining her study and achieve more in the future. (rnw/lil)
