Tazkia International Islamic Boarding School (IIBS) will hold Year-End Assessment (PAT) on June 29 - July 8 2020 by online during pandemic period. All supports and supervisions from teachers and parents are provided to gain the best result.

Ustadz Rois Haqiqi, M.Pd., the Principle of Tazkia IIBS said that each student will havea a password and username to login to the  website. Subsequently, they will apply token to access the questions based on the schedule.

He revealed that online assessment has been prepared well so far; large capacity of domain to prevent system downs and validation of assessment. Online assessment simulation will be held on Friday (06/26) as part of preparation therefore the exam could run well.

If students find problems in the implementation, they can contact the homeroom teacher or the help desk provided. "We have prepare backup plans, one of them is holding the exam through WhatsApps application with the subject teacher," he explained.

To prepare students, the committee undertook close coordination with the guardians because it should be well-considered by both teachers and parents. The device, internet connection, and room for the test need to be ready for use, including psychological readiness of students that should be maintained. Ustadz Rois, even, suggested to prepare special room in house as the room test to keep them focus on the exam.

Furthermore, he also reminds students to be well-prepared for materials and the tools required because this assessement is a requirement to excel to the next level. They also are supposed to be honest and  try their best to do online assessment.

"Although we do not supervise directly the exam, we believe that Tazkia students have integrity," he said.

Lastly, he suggests students  to pray and ask the pleasure of parents and teachers thus they could start the exams smoothly

"Integrity and achievement are crucial, but the first is paramount," says Ustadz Rois.
