Student Orientation: Director of Tazkia IIBS Highlights Attitude and Morality Issues

Morals are the most prominent thing to be instiled relentlessly, Academic Director of Tazkia IIBS, Ustadz Eko Nurhaji Purnomo, M. Pd said in reorientation of students of Tazkia International Islamic Boarding School (IIBS), (7/9). It is pivotal, not only for learners in boarding school, but also for all mankind.

"Morals, moreover, are the basics in daily interaction, how to respect and appreciate others, including teachers. Advantageous knowledge comes from pleasure and prayer of teachers, espousing their students.



In boarding school context, students are supposed to have good morals and manners to those teaching them knowledge. Peers, seniors, and juniors are deserved to be respected as well.

By respecting teachers, knowledge will be comprehended easily. The adage about honoring teacher in Islam is commonly mentioned. Exemplified by friends of rasul, tabi'in and ancient people. "By respecting teachers, knowledge will be understood effortlessly and internalised within ourselves," he explained.

Announced top students in period of 2018-2019, the best students in non-academics were Yefira Celin Aurelia Irianto for junior high school and Rafifah Utami Ananda for senior high school. In best demerit point category, Tiara Putri Larasati for senior and Rekyan Fahira Maharani for junior. While, the most discipline students were Aftina Zakiya Wafda and Arini Annur Amran.

The most academic excellence from year 7 regarded to Andrea Nova Valerina and Gadis Cakra Tamalatea Al Attar. From year 8, Yaasmiin Nazya Mumtaz and Safa Nadhira Azzahra. From year 10, Fatimah Az zahra and Vatimah As Zahra, and from year 11, Liana Indah Azizah and Febriana Regita Cahyani.

In Cambridge category, stage VII won by Zia Athallah Az-Zahra, stage VIII by Yazmiin Nazya Mumtaz, stage X by Rafifah Utami Ananda, and stage XI by Karina Elsha Rahmadianty. In English category, the best student was Zia Athallah Az Zahra (year 7), Farizha Nurul Izza ( year 8), Aisha Salwa Savitri (year 10) and Karina Anastasya Putri (year 11).

The most outstanding student in arabic language was Zahiyyah Taqiyyah Zainuddin (year 7), Lista Nisrina Safety (year 8), Mariya Ulfah (year 10), and Aftina Zakiyya Wafda (year 11). The best performance on both languages was Cellovean Dafine Qurrotaainy (year 7) and Safa Nadhira Azzahra (year 8). In senior students, Rafifah Utami Ananda (year 10) and Najdah Gabriela (year 11) were leading.

In Integrated Project Base Learning (IPBL) of year 8, Dhiva Tanaya Najla D, Irsya Sabilirrosyada, Oktafia Ayu Ramadhani, Sikofa Naura Munifa and Wahanny Bintang Qurota A'yun achieved the best students. Meanwhile, from the youngers (year 7), Ghania Fazila Hadi, Khonita Zainatul Iman, Latisha Maheswari Agus and Zaztika Elizabeth performed the most.
