Encouragement related organisation skill is crucial to be developed for its significance in the long run. The supervisor of Tazkia Student Association (TSA) of Tazkia IIBS, Ustadz Maulidan Asyrofil Anam, S. Si said in his speech of inauguration of TSA period 2019-2020, on Monday (11/11).

The proverb of "Patah tumbuh hilang berganti, belum patah sudah tumbuh, belum hilang sudah berganti", is applicable for students of Tazkia IIBS. The adage mentioned means everyone must be capable on some skills thus when the predecessors are gone, there are already new competent leaders to replace. The inauguration  is changing management with message of regeneration, he said.

Previously, the election had been done with democratic concept, directly, honestly, and fairly. The candidate of President of TSA shared their vision and mission days before the election to convince their supporters.

"The election also carried out democratically such as public election, using vote box and cubicle, as well as ballot paper. We managed the election similar with general election of the country," he added.

The new management followed basic leadership training as a briefing in their management. The lecture of how to be a leader and practical material such as  job evaluation also taught.

Afterwards, as many as 64 students comprising of 27 males and 37 females were officially inaugurated. Ustadz Asyrof appraised, this is a golden occasion because they are not all students trusted in the position. "Some criteria are needed to be completed to choose qualified and competent leaders," he stated.

Ustadz Asyrof hoped, the experience of becoming managements of TSA period 2019-2020 could train them to be a leader in the future. "TSA is a public miniatur. The challenges and conflicts surely cannot be avoided, however, they are advantegous for students to be a great leader" he closed the statement.
