Expanding International Network, Thursina IIBS Initiates Collaboration with Al Majmaah University, Riyadh

To expand opportunities for further study and advance the quality of Arabic language learning, Thursina International Islamic Boarding School (IIBS) has officially collaborated with Al Majmaah University, Riyadh. The signing ceremony was attended by the leaders of Thursina IIBS and Ustadz Dr. Adil Bin Ibrahim At-Turkiye, as administrator of foreign students receiving scholarship in the university.


The strategic collaboration is focused on opening scholarship opportunities for Thursina students who excel at national and international levels, thus they are able to continue their higher education  at Al Majmaah University. "We hope our students with excellent potential are able to study  at well-known universities in Saudi Arabia," said Ustadz Mohamat Taufik, the Deputy of Study Abroad for Middle East and Turkiye of Thursina IIBS.

 

Ustadz Taufik said, this alliance has a wide program reach, including development in both academic and non-academic fields. Al Majmaah University, he continued, not only provides information regarding the education system on Saudi campuses, but is also ready to support comprehensive development of Arabic language in Thursina IIBS. "Arabic is key in teaching Islam and as the language of Quran, then mastering it is crucial for our students and teachers," he explained.


The partnership includes Arabic language training for educators of Thursina IIBS as well. By the assistance from Al Majmaah University, teachers are able to take part in Arabic language development programs both online and offline, to enhance the quality of Arabic language teaching.


"We accomodate both students and educators to have remarkable Arabic language skills. It will broaden learning experience in Thursina IIBS," added Ustadz Taufik.

 

In addition to assistance in learning Arabic, Al Majmaah University is committed to introducing Thursina IIBS in Saudi Arabia and opening pathway for students, who would like to study in the Middle East. Thursina IIBS is optimistic in realizing its vision of educating muslim generation, achievers and competitive in international level by the firm support of the second party.


Ustadz Dr. Adil Bin Ibrahim At-Turkiye stated Al Majmaah University will always be ready to be partner for Thursina IIBS in developing collaborative programs to support international standard of Islamic education. "We are delightful to be the partner of Thursina IIBS, and we are committed to support the development of brilliant students from Indonesia," he said.
