Introduction to Molecular Practises, Sciencepreneur Students Get Involved In Life Science 2019
Learning deeply about molecul, especially for students majoring in Sciencepreneur and professional, can be beneficial for student briefing. Informal learning such as practice or other forms is also essential, Ustadzah Dewi Sumiati said.
Student participation in various supporting activities will provide them with more experience. For this reason, students of Tazkia International Islamic Boarding School (IIBS) took part in Life Science: High School Competition held by Brawijaya University, Malang.
"Previously, held an internal selection to get the best participants. Event undertaken on 27-28 July 2019, presented keynote speakers in molecular field," Ustadzah Ika explained.
Those presenters were CEO of Nusantara Institute of Science and Tehcnology (NUSCIENTECH), Azza Hanif Harisna, Prof. Widodo, S. Si., M. Si., Ph.D., Med. Sc and other researchers from Airlangga University, Surabaya.
Three participants from Tazkia IIBS were Aisha Salwa Savitri, Fatimah Azzahra, Farah Nur Ramadhan and Aisyah Rania, chosen after preliminary. "Many students interested in this event, however, we have to select some therefore we can present outstanding representatives," Ustadzah Ika added.
The chief of Sciencepreneur major, Ustadzah Ratu Fatimah stated, rarely is life science event inviting students. The introduction of molecul is not fully understood by students. "Introduction and training of molecul in East Java are seldom. In addition, molecular laboratorium needs highly-priced tools and materials. Students have already learned the theories in their courses" Ustadzah Rafa told.
Following this event held by NUSCIENTECH, Tazkia IIBS will collaborate with CEO NUSCIENTECH to socialise and introduce more about molecul.
"We will collaborate with NUSCIENTECH to present students with the materials, as soon as possible," she ended her statement.
