In 2014, there were only some buildings. Andalusia building, foodcourt, praying site, and a classroom. The facilities at the time were not as many as now. However, it did not necessarily dampen the enthusiasm of the first 15 students of Tazkia Internationial Islamic Boarding School (IIBS) of Junior High School, including Hilman Yunan Yusnizar.

At least that is what sticks tightly in the mind of Nizar, his nick name, the best graduate of Tazkia Senior High School batch 1. Nizar and other 45 graduates were inaugurated on Saturday, 18 of July 2020.

Studying in Tazkia since 2014, has given him many memories, together with other 15 students as the first generation of Tazkia Junior High School. Still fresh in his memory, how the condition of Tazkia was still under construction at that time.  The cool air of Malang City, various construction materials everywhere, and a feeling of longing for parents, welcoming Nizar as a new student.

His achievement in diniyah, Tahfidz Quran, does not necessarily make him complacent to learn.  His desire to provide benefits to people has become a whip of his enthusiasm to continue learning religious knowledge. The dream to become a scholar has led him to various organizational experiences in the field of da'wah during his six years studying at Tazkia IIBS.

"I never had any expectation when deciding to study in the boarding school. The most important thing for me is learning deeply, mainly for religious knowledge," he said firmly.

Living in the bording school is indispensable from friend matters. Disputes, togetherness, and unhappiness, all went through together. For him, those are memorable moments.  As people would live in society, there must also be problems. He said, Tazkia is a miniature of life. "I am able to solve problems and socialize with people of different characteristic in Tazkia. The experience of living with friends has taken me to have such abilities".

As the time goes, the second son of three siblings has benefitted the merits. From a habit to pray tahajjud, a tolerance to different characteristics, to a deal with some friendship problems but making them closer in the end. 

Nizar admits that sincere teachers of Tazkia has made him to be courteous and kind person. Those points have led him to decide continuing his study in Tazkia senior high school. 

However, in the following years, the tight schedule had made it harder to comprehend the lessons completely and he felt slower and left behind. To handle this, he tried harder than others. Discipline to self is the key and avoidance to procrastination is a must.

He holds to those principles during studying in Tazkia and has successfully led him to some achievements. Including, the top ten of academic performance of Tazkia Senior High School 2018, the best score of Arabic Language in Senior school, and the excellent participant of Dauroh Tahfidz Al Quran for general category in 2019.

"The past accomplishments have triggered me to attain more. It is my encouragement," says the student from Denpasar. 

From all of his experiences, the chief of scholar regeneration of Tazkia IIBS 2019 revealed that the most memorable moment is when Allah has blessed him to memorize 28 juz of Al Quran and 200 hadith. "This attainment needs a lot of work and not just anyone could gain. It takes strong intention and hard work that go hand in hand," he said.

Graduated from Tazkia, the son of Mr. Husnan and Mrs. Yayuk Sri Rahayu, is preparing to study to higher education  in Jordan, one of the historical countries of Muslims. He plans to study qiraat or tafsir, which are able to provide adequate knowledge he needs to become a preacher after returning to Indonesia. 

Lastly, the alumnus, fond of graphic design, thanks to the teachers of Tazkia who have helped him a lot during his time of study. The hard work and relentless pray are the message he would deliver to all of his juniors.

"Tazkia is my second home. I have learnt how to live for both in the world and here after. The balance goal based on Tazkia motto," he closed the statement.
