High Society Interest, Tazkia IIBS Gets 503 Job Applicants

Tazkia International Islamic Boarding School (IIBS) is again opening up career opportunities for Muslim scholars to contribute to the world of education. From April to May 2018, Tazkia IIBS reviewed 503 applicants for 14 vacancies.

Tazkia IIBS Human Resource Department (HRD) Manager, Ustadzah Hilmia Wardani, M. Pd stated that the public interest towards job openings in Tazkia IIBS is huge. This is further proven by the registration of 503 applicants within a month. "Alhamdulillah the community response was very good. After receiving the applications, all applications are reviewed and screened administratively, "said Ustadzah Hilmia.
These open positions are for Master Entrepreneur, Chemistry Teacher, Biology Teacher, Maths Teacher, Physics Teacher, Dormitory Coach, Cleaning Service, Cook's Helper, Food & Beverage Server, Laundry Staff, Administration Staff, Marketing Staff, Health Staff and Librarian.

   

Advertising the Job Vacancies was mostly done through online media, such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and others. Ustadzah Hilmia assessed that the use of online media can cover all levels of society across Indonesia. "Thus, applicants can come from a wide variety of experiences and backgrounds that are expected to enrich and strengthen the Tazkia HR lineup. Alhamdulillah, the number of applicants reached 503 people at the end of the registration", she said again.

After being screened and verified, 58 people passed the Administration Selection to move onto the next stage bringing them a step closer to filling the 14 positions. Participants are eligible for practical tests and interviews. The results of all tests are accumulated to determine eligible participants as staff candidates and teachers of Tazkia IIBS.All candidates will be required to participate in the Human Resource Induction program as one of the stages to prepare their competence and knowledge to be able to be professionally recruited as an employee in Tazkia.
