Fostering the Spirit of Ramadan, Thursina IIBS Hosts Routine Lectures for Teachers

In the spirit of the blessed month of Ramadan, Thursina International Islamic Boarding School (IIBS) continued its tradition of hosting a series of Islamic lectures to nurture the spiritual growth of all teaching staff at the school. Organized through Human Capital Management (HCM), these Ramadan lectures are held daily for 14 consecutive days.

According to Ustadzah Dian Asmi, these Ramadan lecture sessions aimed at providing a platform for HCM personnel to deepen their understanding of Islam while engaging in self-reflection and introspection to grow closer to Allah SWT. “At least 13 lectures are delivered by knowledgeable lecturers,” she noted.

To accommodate teachers who may be unable to attend, HCM also offers asynchronous lectures through the Thursina TSES Training Centre, allowing all teachers to participate in the Ramadan lectures during their free time.

Ustadzah Dian emphasized the importance of these Ramadan lectures in enhancing the knowledge and skills of Thursina’s teaching staff. She stated that these sessions empower educators to deliver valuable teachings to students. Furthermore, the Ramadan lecture program at Thursina plays an essential role in fostering the spirit of Ramadan within the boarding school community.

Through these dedicated efforts, Thursina reaffirms its commitment to provide holistic education that nurtures not only academic excellence but also the spiritual growth of its faculty, ultimately enriching the students’ learning experience.
