In the very young age, Tazkia International Islamic Boarding School (IIBS) has successfully inspired some Islamic schools in order to promote synergy among colleges. One of them is Yayasan Garis Pena Madani Islamic School, Payukumbuh, West Sumatera. The visit was supposed to build up collaboration in both institutions, Wednesday (8/28).

Gina Erwita, Director of Yayasan Garis Pena School, stated, Tazkia IIBS, different from others, has  educational excellence, firm boarding school management and clear concept. "The quality of international curriculum and boarding school concept in Tazkia are brilliant," she said.

Moreover, she added, the quality of international curriculum can be a pilot for other Islamic schools. Further, Islamic educational institutes can collaborate in some divisions to create a synergy within.

Some officials of Yayasan Garis Pena went on the visit : Septrianti Chaniago, SH as chairwoman, Gina Erwita, S.Pd as director, Wengki P Chaniago as quality control manager, Diki Wardiko, S. Pd and Agus Fajar Hariadi as teachers.

"We need to learn from other schools applying similar concept with us like Tazkia. We can learn how to manage daily activities for students in boarding school" Gina stated.

Ustadz Arman told, Tazkia IIBS is able to broaden its curriculum, combining international curriculum and boarding school concept, allowing students with considerable amount of time to learn effectively based on educational planning.

In addition, Gina told about many possible ideas can be adopted from Tazkia IIBS. One of them is clear rules to make students easier adhering to it.

"We might formulate Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) in every rule applied, thus, not only students, but also teachers know what must be done," she added.

Gina impressed with welcome of Tazkia IIBS. For her, excellent and professional service becomes a key point of international school.
