To strengthen brotherhood and refreshment for the academic staffs, Thursina IIBS, again, held family gathering program in Kusuma Agro Wisata, Batu, on January 2-3 2025.

Entitled "Goes to the Center of Excellence", the assembly is part of celebrations for a decade or the 10th Anniversary of Thursina IIBS. It shows the determination of Thursina's human resources (HR) as a center of excellence, both in professional and scientific fields. Hopefully, every personnel would be commited to develop the capacity, synergize at work, and maintain dignity as qualified educator and staff.

"The program is an opportunity to reinforce friendship and foster harmonious relations with fellow human resources. I hope, following the agenda, HR productivity and creativity would increase," said the CEO of Thursina IIBS, Ustadz Nur Abidin, M. Ed. Attended by around 400 teachers, staff and household employees, the atmosphere was lively. On the first day, there were   engaging activities such as quizzes, friendly games, and creative performances from each work unit. The ambience of togetherness and enthusiasm was apparent throughout the event.

Ustaz Nur Abidin, M.Ed, emphasized three crucialn aspects to have following the event.

The first is the commitment of each member to  duties and responsibilities in the respective work units. Secondly, synergy, the ability to work together and collaborate in realizing the great education goals of Thursina Foundation. Thirdly, dignity, acquiring employee to develop the capability prominently to contribute excellently.

"The greatest hope is that a sense of pride in Thursina would emerge in the hearts of all teams. By the way, sincerity in work would grow, and every activity undertaken is counted as worship to Allah SWT," he said. On the second day, the activities was began with tahajud prayers, preaching and subuh prayers in congregation in the apple orchard area. It was intended to intensify Islamic values of employees, in line with the religious values ​​developed in Thursina. The schedule was followed by inter-unit agility games and sports such as canoeing and banana boating.

Furthermore, as part of Thursina Anniversary, it complements previous programs, such as mass circumcision, blood donation, social service, HR discussion, and Thursina Award, annual agenda looked forward by the entire academic community. (lil)
