Tazkia IIBS Implements New Protocol for Campus Tour in New Normal Era
On Monday (06/22), Tazkia International Islamic Boarding School (IIBS) has reopened campus tour program for the candidates of students and guardians. Surely, tight health protocol and prevention of Covid-19 will be implemented. The visitor should wear personal protective equipment, such as face mask and gloves, at least there are 14 main points should be considered when visiting the campus.
The director of Relation and Enrolment Office of Tazkia, Ustadz Sabar Arifin, S.T, told that some adjustments in the campus tour are limiting the number of visitors and the time of visit. Tazkia IIBS will accept no more than six visitors a day. If the group is a family, then only four people are allowed to get into the campus.
"The visitors should confirm the arrival a day before the visit," he added.
The campus tour program is divided into two shifts this time, morning and afternoon with maximum 45 minutes long. This schedule will simplify the staffs to monitor the visit and minimize the number of visitor at a time.
Before entering Tazkia IIBS area, each visitor will pass the post of body temperature, identity, and personal protective equipment check. Once deemed safe, then visitors are allowed to enter the campus area. If one is not following the rules, Tazkia IIBS will provide strict sanctions, a ban on entering the campus area and fine.
"The fine is an offense note that will be considered in the discipline point in the next test," he said.
The officers of Tazkia IIBS also wear personal protective equipment and the visited sites will be cleaned up with disinfectant to protect from germ and virus.
Furthermore, Ustadz Sabar explained that the visit protocol will be monitored by medical team, the police, task force for handling Covid-19 in Dau District and the village. All are related with Tazkia status as Tough Campus.
In addition, Ustadz Sabar said that campus tour of Tazkia IIBS can be done virtually from home through video 360 as an alternative for the candidate of students and guardians.
"This video is innovation and support of Tazkia for stay-at-home program, therefore they who will to visit the campus can do it virtually at their fingertips," he ended.
