Proudly, Thursina Medical Clinic Awarded for The Best National Service Quality
In the commemoration of National Health Day (HKN), Thursina International Islamic Boarding School (IIBS) through Thursina Medical Clinic (TMC) has gained a brilliant achievement as the Clinic with the Best National Quality Indicator Achievement and Reporting. The award is recognition of the TMC accomplishment in meeting high health service quality standards in the national level.
Stated by Ustadzah Titis Widayanti, S.Pd., the manager of Thursina Medical Clinic, the attainment in consistency of reporting data on time, achieving quality targets, and rigourous implementation of national health quality indicators (INM) has highly contributed . "We ensure that reporting is done digitally via INM website. It makes possible to input data rapidly and accurately every month," she said.
TMC has focused on improving the quality of health services over the year, especially post-accreditation. Various concrete steps have been taken to achieve the award, including monitoring the hand hygiene of health workers, using personal protective equipment (PPE) according to standards, and identifying patients before medical procedures. Regular internal evaluations are carried out to improve service quality and monitor patient satisfaction through surveys and feedback.
However, the journey was challenging. "Continuous monitoring is immensely crucial so that the entire medical team can comply with firm health protocols," said Ustadzah Titis. In addition, TMC continues to adopt the latest technology to support recording and reporting efficiency. Health information systems help create effective and transparent processes, while strengthening accountability of clinical services in the community.
The award has a positive impact to inspire the entire medical team and clinic staffs. The manager said, "This award is an encouragement for us to foster the quality of services and meet the health needs of the community one step ahead."
"Thursina Medical Clinic hopes it will increase public trust to choose TMC as the main health service," added she. Furthermore, the culture of sustainable quality is intended to offer positive contribution to the achievement of health quality indicators in the national level.
"To be transparent, TMC is committed to compile an annual report considering the accomplishment of quality indicators as well as analysis of clinic performance. Besides increasing public trust, it is a guideline for continuous service improvement," concluded Ustadzah Titis in an interview.
By achieving this award, Thursina Medical Clinic not only proves its quality in the local community but also has a significant impact on the national health system. Hopefully, TMC will be at the top and trusted health services. (rnw/lil)
