Strengthening RECODING Internalization, Thursina IIBS Conducts HR Institutional Orientation Regularly

Today (23/10), Thursina International Islamic Boarding School (IIBS) reconducts an HR Institutional Orientation. It was attended by the Chairman of Thursina Islamic Foundation, Ustadz Dr M. Ali Wahyudi, Chief of Executive Officer (CEO), Ustadz Nur Abidin, M.Ed, the board of directors, as well as senior advisor Ustadz, Ir. Sentot E. Parijatno, MT


In the first session, Ustadz Sentot discussed the current challenges of Muslims. He highlighted digital developments and future challenges, as well as reviewing the value of Caring in the RECODING concept, the institution's core values.

 

“Recoding is an abbreviation of Re (return) and Coding, thinking system. "It refers to rearranggement the way of thinking to be relevant with the challenges of people," explained Ustadz Sentot.


For Thursina, he continued, RECODING is a shield against the current challenges. Recoding (Re- Return) and Coding (system of thinking).  In short, recoding connotes reorganizing the thinking system.

 

In the second presentation entitled Why Education Fails?, the CEO of Thursina IIBS, Ustadz Nur Abidin, M.Ed, stated that education should be able to answer the era challenges, nevertheless, corruption, crime and violence are increasingly rampant.


"Thursina has been established for almost 10 years and is ready to face the challenges of age with a vision and mission as well as a roadmap designed to 2030, we are already in global perspective. "Thursina has become an inspiration for several educational institutions and grown with the dissemination of alumni, coloring global campuses," said Ustad Nur Abidin.

 

 In line with him, the Chairman of Thursina IIBS, Dr. Muhammad Ali Wahyudi conveyed the significance of governing directions and goals is immensely fundamental.


"Starting from Thursina, students would accomplish the challenges through the results of learning, carried out by all teachers. Hopefully, all staffs are able to implement the core values ​​of RECODING in their daily activities," emphasized Ustad Ali closing the meeting. (lil)
